Vermillion Aviation Holdings Ireland Limited has entered into a purchase & lease arrangement with InterGlobe Aviation Limited (IndiGo) for eight new A320-200Neo aircraft with Pratt & Whitney PW1127GJM engines. Those aircraft will be delivered to IndiGo during 2017 and 2018.

Vermillion is a joint venture between MC Aviation Partners and Cheung Kong Property Holdings Limited. and Li Ka Shing (Overseas) Foundation which owns 21 aircraft.

IndiGo currently operates 133 aircraft comprising of 113 A320-200s and 20 A320-200Neos.
