How do I log in to my account?

How do I register a free account?
Please visit (www.aviator.aero/pricing.html) to access our Basic plan.
How do I subscribe?
You may subscribe two ways. Either register a Premium account at (www.aviator.aero/pricing.html), or if you already have an account, you may login and click the subscribe link above the search box to access the subscription form.
What do I get with if I subscribe?
Subscribers have access to our Daily News email, copies of our Avialable Listings, and full access to online content. Individual plans are US$500/year and company plans are US$800+ per year. Also, Company subscriptions qualify for a free advertisement. You may also may per quarter, instead of yearly.
Do you have subscriptions for companies?
Yes. Company plans start at US$800 per year for all users that would like to access our products and services.
What are the differences between the subscription plans?
Our free plan is for users that would like to receive our news on a weekly basis and still be able to list their aircraft and engines, as well publish their news. Our Premium plan is for those who wish to obtain our Daily News email, copies of our Available Listings at anytime, and full access to online content.
Are my transactions secure?
Yes. All credit card payment transactions are protected with SSL certification.
Who qualifies as an "aviation executive"?
Aviator services are exclusively available to aviation executives actively involved in commercial aircraft or engine marketing, financing or operations, and related business.
Can anyone access this data?
Aviator Aero is a private source of information, not available to the public. All your data is secure and available to you, 24/7.
If I cancel my account before one year, will I receive a refund?
Yes. You may cancel your account at any time and receive a refund, prorated quarterly.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
Yes, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Additionally, you may use Paypal, wire funds or write check.
What type of advertisement is included with my annual subscription?
We will display your advertisement on our website for one month, complimentary.
Is there a subscription setup fee?
No.
Can I change my plan later on?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time, we will adjust your price based on the balance of your subscription.

Who has access to my press releases?
Your full press releases are available to the public on (www.aviator.aero/newswire) as well as through our RSS feed. A synopsis of your press release may show up in our Daily or Weekly News email as well as in our internal news feed.

How come my search contains news, listings, events, etc..?
Each time you search an item, it contains all results in our database, including news, listings, events, profiles, etc. To limit your search to a specific category, please use our filters in the left menu.
How come I cannot find a specific item in a search?
Try altering your search terms, ex. Boeing 777 can be B777.
What are the columns on the left side of the page for?
The left column in the navigation part of the search feed page. The blue links below are filters pertaining to the search results.
Why doesn't the whole headline show in the feed?
Place your mouse over the headline to access a "view" link to the whole article.
How do I submit my news?
Login to access the "Submit News" tab located in the left menu. Press releases may be sent to -- press [at] aviator.aero
How do I list an aircraft or engine listing?
Login to access the "My Listings" tab located in the top menu. Note: only authorized listers can publish their assets on Aviator.
How do I access Available Listings publication?
Click the Available Listings button below the search box. You must be a paid subscriber to access this feature.
