GOAL German Operating Aircraft Leasing GmbH & Co. KG arranged the financing for eight ATR72-600 aircraft with Propius Limited, an aircraft leasing company belonging to Stobart Group Limited. The aircraft will continue to operate with Stobart Air (Ireland), pri- marily providing flights under an Aer Lingus franchise agreement.

Four aircraft are placed in KGAL’s Aircraft Portfolio Fund 1 (APF1) and four aircraft in KGAL APF 4 (APF4), for German institutional investors through the structure of long term operating leases. GOAL, being a renowned expert in managing aircraft assets, will be the asset manager as well as remarketing agent for the aircraft. The eight aircraft are financed with Norddeutsche Landesbank Girozentrale (NORD/LB) as senior lender.
