Arctic Aviation Assets has successfully closed a term debt facility for two Airbus A320neo aircraft arranged by DVB Bank SE.

The narrowbody aircraft are the first of twelve aircraft which will be delivered to Hong Kong Express from Airbus and placed on a long term operating leases.

Hogan Lovells acted for Arctic Aviation Assets as lessor’s counsel while Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman represented DVB.
