Atlantic Aviation Group Granted EASA CAMO Part M Approval

Shannon based Atlantic Aviation Group have this month announced that they have been granted EASA Part M approval. As an approved Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO), the Group now has Part M Subpart G and I Airworthiness Management and Airworthiness Review Certificate (ARC) recommendation capability.

Speaking at the announcement, Continuing Airworthiness Manager Andy Cowton said “I would like to thank everyone who helped us to achieve this approval including the Irish Aviation Authority. We are delighted to be able to offer this new capability in addition to our Technical Service portfolio and I look forward to working with our current and future customers.”

With over 50 years of experience as a Part 145 Base Maintenance facility, Atlantic Aviation Group in addition to its CAMO services also offers Part 147 training. These services can be offered independently but also bundled as a suite depending on customer requirements.

Atlantic Aviation Group CEO Connor Flanagan spoke of the plans for the Group saying “At an early stage we identified a CAMO as a key part of our strategy to provide customers with a full complementary suite of services. This latest approval clearly demonstrates the Groups ongoing desire to meet and exceed our customer expectations.”

He continued “These are very exciting times at Atlantic Aviation Group with further expansion announcements due in the near future. We have very ambitious plans for this company which are driven by our customer’s needs. The plans are also hugely motivated by our core values including ambition, customer centricity and commitment to excellence. The future is bright for Atlantic Aviation Group.”
