AWAS expands Dreamliner fleet with first 787 delivery to long-time customer Ethiopian Airlines

AWAS announced today that it has delivered one new 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft to the flag carrier of Ethiopia, Ethiopian Airlines. As part of a fleet upgrade solution for its long-time customer, AWAS has agreed to purchase three new 787-8 passenger aircraft from the airline that Ethiopian had previously ordered directly from the manufacturer, and then lease them back to the airline.
