AWAS announced today that it has promoted two seasoned professionals into key commercial leadership positions.

Jennifer Moulton has been promoted to Managing Director EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) within the Commercial Team. Jennifer was previously Senior Vice President EMEA, having joined AWAS in 2000 from Morgan Stanley’s aircraft group. She will report directly to Marlin Dailey, AWAS Chief Commercial Officer.

Marlin Dailey remarked, “Jenny has demonstrated continuous customer focus and leadership across our Commercial Team, having originated some of the most complex and successful fleet solution deals for AWAS, while delivering unique, high value solutions for our airline customers.”

Alex Rasnavad has been promoted to Managing Director Trading in which he will lead the firm’s global aircraft trading activity. Alex joined AWAS in 2012, based in Singapore, as Vice President Trading from Skyworks Capital, the boutique aviation investment banking firm. He will also report directly to Marlin Dailey.

Marlin Dailey commented, “Alex is a company innovator and thought-leader and has been integral in the evolution and growth of AWAS’ Trading activity across both the buy and sell side in addition to a number of the firm’s wider strategic initiatives.”

Both Jennifer and Alex will be based in AWAS’ Dublin headquarters.
