Aergo Capital acquires two ATR72-600 aircraft from Transportation Partners

26 February 2016: Aergo Capital has announced that it has purchased two ATR72-600 passenger aircraft from Transportation Partners. The aircraft will continue to be operated from Subang Airport, by Malindo Airways Sdn Bhd (“Malindo”), part of the Lion Air Group. Malindo, the fastest growing airline in the Lion Air Group, will maximize KLIA airport to turbo-charge the Lion Air Group’s regional expansion in 2016. DVB Bank SE provided debt finance for the transaction.
