Greenwich, CT, October 1, 2015 – In its capacity as advisor to fastjet Plc, a growing pan-African low cost airline (www.fastjet.com), SkyWorks has arranged the acquisition of one A319 aircraft (s/n 2891) from an entity managed by BBAM. The transaction marks the first aircraft purchase for fastjet and is added to its fleet of five leased A319s.

On behalf of a U.S. based insurance company, SkyWorks Leasing has arranged the sale of two MD11F aircraft (s/n 48549) to Bank of America N.A. and (s/n 28771) to Hinode Aviation Investments LLC, a GA Telesis acquisition vehicle. The aircraft are on lease to Federal Express Corporation until 2018.

On behalf of a U.S. based investor, Skyworks has managed the lease return of five ERJ145LR’s (s/n’s 145078, 145080, 145080, 145091 and 145100) from ExpressJet. SkyWorks subsequently arranged the sale of the aircraft to an undisclosed investor.

On behalf of a U.S. based insurance company, SkyWorks has managed the lease return of three ERJ145EPs(s/n’s 145007, 145009, 145026) from ExpressJet. SkyWorks subsequently arranged the sale of the aircraft to H5 Enterprises, a wet lease and charter operator.

On behalf of a U.S. based financial institution, SkyWorks has managed the lease return of one ERJ145EP (s/n 145025) from ExpressJet. SkyWorks subsequently arranged the sale of the aircraft to H5 Enterprises, a wet lease and charter operator.
