INTREPID LEASES TWO AIRBUS A330-200 AIRCRAFT TO AIR NAMIBIA

Intrepid Aviation today announced the lease execution for two Airbus A330-200 aircraft with Air Namibia, in Windhoek, Namibia. The aircraft, delivering in the second half of 2013, will be powered by Rolls-Royce Trent 772B engines and will be subject to long-term leases to the state-owned African airline.

“We are delighted to be working with Air Namibia and having generated another new A330 customer for Airbus”, said Volker Fabian, Intrepid’s Chief Commercial Officer. “The Airbus A330 aircraft is ideal for Air Namibia’s operation and continues to be an economically efficient aircraft for airlines around the world.”
