International Consolidated Airlines Group, S.A. (“IAG”) announces that the recommended cash offer (the “Offer”) by its wholly owned subsidiary AERL Holding Limited for Aer Lingus Group plc (“Aer Lingus”), is being extended and will remain open for acceptance until 1300 (Irish time) on 30 July 2015. The Offer remains subject to the conditions that have not already been satisfied set out in Appendix I of the Offer Document posted to Aer Lingus Shareholders on 19 June 2015.
The initial closing date of the Offer was 1700 (Irish time) on 16 July 2015.
