Ray Sisson has tendered his resignation to the Board, and will leave AWAS on 4th June 2015. Ray Sisson wants to take his career into a different direction, having achieved the business’s goals since he took on the role of President and CEO in 2010. The Board of AWAS thanks Ray Sisson for his leadership, and wishes him all the best for his future.

The sale of SkyFin to Macquarie Airfinance, which was part of the company’s corporate strategy, allows AWAS to move into the next phase of its planned growth. Until the Board appoints a successor for Ray Sisson, senior management will continue to run the business as usual, while Dr. Werner G. Seifert takes on the role of the executive chairman of the Board.
